Raymond Hall formed Dream Tree Academy to create immediate and lasting change in the lives of at-risk youth in the Columbia, Missouri area. The non-profit is built upon real-life experiences and integrity.

KARMELLA WRIGHT

Chief Operating Office (COO)

As a dedicated, trustworthy, and kind member of the team. I specialize in supporting the administrative and daily operations and requirements of the organization. Whatever our staff and youth need, I will find a way to make it happen.

EDDIE PILOT

Community Outreach Coordinator (COC)

Eddie has a background in nursing and assists people with disabilities daily. He brings wellness education, tools, and resources that show our youth how to balance their life's in all aspects. His energy keeps going with his efforts to help organize and facilitate fundraising events.
